To what extent is the Content Management System (CMS) able to customize without IT input (because they get charged by the internal IT department)?

Under Submit an issue: Can we customize the basic data collection process to capture required information by our local Regulator?
Under Policy, Implementation Manager… We’ve done many Gap Analysis here at ADA through 3rd Party Auditors, Regulators, oil companies… to see if our SMS is meeting these parties’ requirements. Is this module visible by all users? Is it to show them where we are in terms of these SMS audits? Or is this simply an internal tool to conduct our own gap analysis with the implementation of SMS Pro?
Does your program come with both a text manual for the initial CAA approval?
Regarding Meeting Manager: Is it recommended to type the minutes of a meeting discussion in the applicable module text box during the meeting? As Secretary, can I go back to edit an hour after the meeting? Once done writing the minutes, can I immediately email committee members for their immediate approval?
You state on the web site that SMS Pro is designed as a “one-man” job for small to medium operators. Would that be us (55 aircraft, 140 pilots and 140 AMEs)?
