Open RiskManagerâ„¢ by selecting "Manage Issues" from the menu, and clicking "RiskManagerâ„¢". Select the issue you want to manage, and click the "Classification" tab. The "Issue" section allows you to change the title of the issue. The "Permissions" section allows you to designate an issue as "sensitive", so that it can only be viewed by management and the person who submitted it. The "Assign Department & Responsible Manager" section allows you to assign responsibility for the issue to a department, and to a specific manager.
The next three sections allow you to provide information concerning the type of issue, why the issue ocurred, and what processes were involved. Within each section, the available choices are provided by three drop-down lists, arranged from most general to most specific. Selecting a value in a more general list will update the more specific lists with values appropriate to the new selection. When the values are selected as desired, click the "Add" button to add the selected information to the issue. Information that has been added may be deleted by clicking the "Delete" button displayed to the left of the information.
