Risk MatrixThe "Risk Matrix" section provides a tool for assessing risks. Below the graph are three drop-down lists, used to assign the issue a probabilty, severity, and risk assessment. When the mouse is moved over a cell in the graph, a description of the probability of occurence and severity represented by that cell is displayed in the area beside the graph. When a cell is clicked, the values selected in the drop-down lists are updated to the values indicated by the selected cell. You can also click the "Cancel" button to restore the values selected in the lists to match the values currently set for the issue. To update the issue's status, select the new status from the drop-down list, enter an explanation for the status change in the text field, and click the "Update Status" button. The issue's status will be updated, and a status change comment (visible in the "Comments" section under the "Details" tab) will be added to the issue containing the explanation for the status change. | |
