QuickTable™QuickTable™ allows you to view issues either by Status or Concern Type, along with corresponging Risk Levels. You can also specify a user, to view only issues assigned to that user, and/or a date range, to view only issues for a certain time period. To access QuickTable™, click on "QuickTable™" under "Manage Issues" on the menu bar. Select a division, and choose "Status" or "Concern Type" from the "Report Class" dropdown. Changing any of the remaining fields is optional. Selecting a value for the "Assigned User" field will restrict displayed issues to only those assigned to the selected user. Selecting "Yes" for the "Aircraft Related" field will display only aircraft related safety issues, and selecting "No" will display only issues that are not aircraft related. The "Date Range" dropdown will automatically set the "From Date" and "To Date" fields for any of the available ranges. The "From Date" field specifies the earliest date for an issue to be displayed, and the "To Date" field specifies the latest date for an issue to be displayed. After the desired values have been entered, click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form. - If you selected "Status" as the "Report Class", the "Issues and Conditions by Status" table will load, with "Status" on the vertical axis, and "Risk Assessments" on the horizontal axis.
- If you selected "Concern Type" as the "Report Class", the "Issues and Conditions by Type of Concern" table will load, with "Type of Concern" on the vertical axis, and "Risk Assessments" on the horizontal axis.
Clicking on the numbers in the table will take you to the "Report Details" page where you can see the issues in more detail. On the "Report Details" page, clicking on the "Details" link for an issue will take you to the "Details" tab in RiskManager™ so you can view all the details for that issue. Clicking "New Report" will return you to the initial QuickTable™ page.
QuickSort™QuickSort™ is a dynamic, on-the-fly sorting tool whereby managers can categorize and sort SMS information quickly and easily. To access QuickSort™, click on "QuickSort™" under "Manage Issues" on the menu bar. Select a division in the drop-down list to view only issues from that division, or select "All Divisions" to view issues from all divisions. A table will be displayed listing issues from the selected division. Each issue in the table has a "Details" link that will open that issue in the "Details" tab in RiskManager™. The issues can be filtered based on the values listed in any of the columns. To filter the table, type a value into the box at the top of the column, and click the filter icon to the right of the box. A menu will be displayed containing the filter options, such as "Contains", to display only issues containing the entered text, or "DoesNotContain", to display only issues that do not contain the entered text. A filter can be removed by clicking the filter icon and selecting "NoFilter" from the filter menu. The issues can also be sorted on any one of the columns. To sort on a column, click that column's header. The sort order can be reversed by clicking the column header a second time. Clicking the colunn header a third time will remove the sorting. Sorting on another column will remove the sorting from the previously sorted column. Issues can be grouped by draging the column header to the colored bar at the top of the table. Multiple grouping levels can be defined by draging multiple column headers to the grouping bar. Grouping levels can be removed by draging the group title off of the grouping bar. The contents of the table can also be exported to Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word. The "Export All Rows to Excel" and "Expirt All to Word" buttons will export all rows in the table, excluding those that have been removed by any filters, to Excel or Word, respectively. The "Export Visible Rows to Excel" button will export to Excel only those rows that are currently displayed on the visible page.
QuickChart™QuickChart™ allows you to quickly visualize the current situation in your organization. To access QuickChart™, click on "QuickChart™" under "Manage Issues" on the menu bar. You can see your issues broken down by Status, Type, Department, Division, and by any classification you’ve assigned in the RiskManager’s Classification tab. If you have permission to view issues for other divisions, you can select a division from the dropdown menu and see the charts for that division. DrilldownThe "Drilldown" tab displays charts for progressively finer levels of detail about the issue classifications. Clicking the links above a chart opens a sub-chart displaying a breakdown of that classification. The "Type of Issue" drilldown separates the issues based on the types assigned in the RiskManager’s "Classification" tab. Issues are displayed by "Broad Type", then "Type", then "Sub-Type". The "Process" drilldown separates the issues based on the processes assigned in the RiskManager’s "Classification" tab. Issues are displayed by "System", then "Sub-System", then "Element". The "Root Cause" drilldown separates the issues based on the causes assigned in the RiskManager’s "Classification" tab. Issues are displayed by "Basic Cause", then "Near Root Cause", then "Root Cause". Status/TypeThe "Status/Type" tab displayes issues by Status or Type, depending on the radio button selected. Select "By Status" to see a chart of issues broken down by status; select "By Type" to see a chart of issues broken down by type. Department and DivisionThe "Department" tab displays the issue breakdown by department. The "Division" tab is only accessible if you have permission to view issues for other divisions; it displays the issue breakdown by division. |
