RiskManager™ and the Dashboard allow you to access information concerning issues that you submitted.  The Dashboard is available by selecting "My Issues" on the menu bar, then clicking "View Your Issues, Tasks and Corrective Actions".  RiskManager™ is available by selecting "Manage Issues" from the menu bar, then clicking "RiskManager™".

Selecting an Issue

RiskManager™ and the Dashboard will both provide a list of issues that you have submitted.  In the Dashboard, click the title of the issue to be transfered to the "Details" tab in RiskManager™ to view the details of the issue.  In RiskManager™, the issues are grouped by division, so select the division to which the issue applies, then click the "Select" button for the issue you want to view.  After the issue is selected, click the "Details" tab to view the issue's details.

Viewing Details

The issue details are classified under section headings.  The sections are hidden by default and can be expanded by clicking the section headers.  Once a section is expanded, it can be collapsed by clicking its header.  All sections can be collapsed or expanded at once by clicking the "Collapse All" or "Expand All" buttons at the top of the details pane.

Comments can be added to an issue by opening the "Add Comments" section at the bottom of the details pane.  Enter the comment in the text field, and click the "Add" button.  The comment will be added to the issue and will be displayed in the "Comments" section.
